Coming February 2027

Your Home. Your Project. Without the Constant Interruptions.

One point of contact. Clear communication. Fewer interruptions. More peace of mind.

Renovating or building a home should be exciting, but the constant phone calls, questions, scheduling changes, and day-to-day coordination can quickly become overwhelming.

Between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, most homeowners simply don't have the time to manage every detail or respond to multiple calls throughout the day.

That's where my upcoming Homeowner Client Liaison service comes in.

I'm developing a service designed to take a proactive approach to communication and coordination — gathering updates, following up on routine matters, organizing information, and helping address multiple issues together whenever possible.

Instead of being interrupted throughout the day with scattered questions and updates, homeowners can receive clear, organized communication and stay informed without having to be involved in every routine exchange.

The goal is simple: less back-and-forth, fewer unnecessary interruptions, and more time to focus on what matters most.

Why This Service Matters

Less Back-and-Forth. More Getting Things Done.

Between contractors, appointments, updates, schedules, and decisions, keeping track of everything during a residential project can become overwhelming.

Important questions may go unanswered. Updates may be difficult to obtain. And homeowners can find themselves spending valuable time trying to keep everyone on the same page.

This upcoming service is intended to help create a more organized and consistent communication experience, allowing homeowners to stay involved without feeling responsible for managing every conversation themselves.

Planned Services

Less Back-and-Forth. More Getting Things Done.

These services are under development and not yet available.

One Central Point of Contact

A consistent communication contact to help coordinate routine questions, updates, and information between homeowners and their project professionals.

Proactive Follow-Up

Taking the initiative to request updates, follow up on outstanding questions, and keep communication moving rather than waiting for homeowners to chase answers.

Consolidated Updates

Organizing multiple updates and questions into clear, useful communications instead of unnecessary interruptions throughout the day.

Scheduling & Coordination

Helping coordinate appointments, meetings, and routine scheduling communications to reduce the homeowner's administrative workload.

Organized Communication

Keeping track of messages, outstanding questions, and project-related information so important details are easier to follow.

Homeowner Peace of Mind

Helping homeowners stay informed while reducing the time and energy they spend managing routine project communications.

Who This Is For

Created With Homeowners in Mind.

This service is being developed for homeowners navigating residential remodeling, renovation, or construction projects who would benefit from additional communication and organizational support.

Whether you're balancing a busy career, coordinating a major renovation, or simply want help keeping project communications organized, the goal is to make the experience more manageable.

This service is designed for

Busy homeowners
Older homeowners
Homeowners managing renovations
Homeowners navigating residential construction
People who want assistance staying organized and informed
Understanding My Role

A Communication Liaison, Not a Contractor.

This service is intended to handle administrative communication and coordination within an agreed scope. The homeowner will still make decisions requiring their approval, and licensed contractors will remain responsible for construction work, technical decisions, permitting, inspections, and workmanship.

Licensed contractors and other qualified professionals remain responsible for the technical work, construction decisions, permitting, inspections, workmanship, and performance of their contracted services.

The final service scope will be reviewed for compliance with applicable Florida licensing requirements before launch.

Coming Soon

Coming February 2027 — A smarter, more organized approach to homeowner communication and project coordination.

I'm currently developing this homeowner-focused service with the goal of launching in February 2027.

If you're planning a renovation or construction project and would like to learn more when the service becomes available, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
